Who are we, speaking from an African American standpoint. Women have been subjected to rape and turmoil for years, initializing the war on Black and white, while dominating every aspect of society. Not just helping the white supremacy but living and breathing the daily task as the help of white supremacy. As a black woman, the notions of cooking and cleaning is found to be the norm. Taking care of white children while attending to the yard is how it started as black women have become to be known as "the mother".

Language has formed between cultures mainly black and white. The meshing of language that intertwine from one to both cultures makes dialogue both races can use. The form of language constitutes another language and connected to the world of black and white.

According to Davis, "While these women made inestimable contributions to the ant-slavery campaign, they often failed to grasp the complexity of the slave woman's condition (Davis, 19). As white woman defends the black woman, creating a relationship that details the white man. Language and culture meshing together to form a dialect that both races can benefit. White language supremacy has become that of the African American as well. White Supremacy has dominated and prevailed in language and legal cases,

Rhetorical listening provides the black woman and black man that elaborates of language and consciously accepting discourse to other languages and cultures. Literature has evolved as black woman dive into white supremacy jobs on listening and writing. Harriet Beecher Stowe " Uncle Tom's Cabin" has cleared the way for recounts of white supremacy as the basis of culture. Her book succeeds the white supremacy language and has found a way to align the white language with the language of "black." As black reinforces white language, we use and contradict messages that change how standards work.

Language the emergence of colliding cultures that suppresses the dominant white supremacy as we know it. Woman in this, context, are now woman, and not toy pieces of white supremacy. Blacks emerge

into the language of white supremacy and venture off, with that in mind to form their own culture and speech. The revolution will not be televised.

Technics as a question of time is what we have to consider as we move through our technological time period. Do we advanced in technology as we become lazier and lazier as human beings. Or is it the other way around, as time precedes technology. For example, our iPhone might become slower and degrade after some time and we have to upgrade and get a newer version, which will ultimately do the same thing.

The art of technology (techne) is the art of bringing something into being, "called technical beings, technics, human activity according to Heidegger, thinker of technology.

We ask this question, according to Stiegler, the question of technology if our beings corresponds to the system of technical instruments and improvements. The answer is yes it does. The art or anthropology of the human being relates to what we create, the technical instrument that aides our whole being, whether we give it all away or master technology as humans through our everyday actions.

Technology and the Human Structure

Humans-technology are rational, removing restrictions on communication. Humans and technology work parallel to one another. We are communicative progressively replacing a purposive, rational action on language. We are dynamic and innovative, the same as a computer system. We are determined and civilized- a relation to technical forces.

However, besides the ongoing of generations, technics, or technology evolves more quickly than culture-"technics" the development of new knowledge. Humans are liberated from communication through technology and online platforms. Technology introduces the reality of culture into our human existence. According to Stiegler, the limits of a system order is dynamism. The innovative dynamic conditions all others, technical progress consists in successive displacements of its limits (44). Like the human body, there is no one technical system but a succession of technical systems according to Golle (44).

The Completion of the Human System

Humans can make tools as well as symbols, both of which derive from the same process- this concludes not only that language is a characteristic of humans as a tool, but also that both are the expression of the same human property.

According to Stiegler, Rosseau concludes that tools of technology are substituted for natural original force of the solitary man-an illuminated power, always beyond the reach of the hand- which must be prepared, transported, arranged, and must enclose oneself. Integrity of force, the "who" is nothing without the "what" (156). At the end of the completion of the functional system, evolution continues by rupture and not by fulfillment (180).

Does surveillance take away from First Amendment rights, freedom of speech and opinion? I think it regulates this notion of human rights. It may not take away from speech and opinion but gives more to say and do when it comes to a community or network of people. What we practice and say are completely two different things. Most citizens require surveillance in their neighborhoods and businesses in order to regulate behavior. Not only in stores but in online communities as well.

Mass Media Coverage

Society gets their information from local newspaper and from news coverages throughout the day. We depend on these media outlets to know important information as well as how to live. We hold this information to be truth, that we can positively know what to do and how to act in certain situations. Alert systems maintain the highest security. With surveillance in and around someone's home to catch perpetrator and thieves. Police may record how the perpetrator acts to determine why or how.

Rhetoric and secrecy and surveillance

Many wartimes veterans had to keep quiet of their accolades and training regimes in order to surveillance the community the way they wanted to. Political secrecy used rhetoric to execute their desires to tame or take over the world. Either way it go, secrecy in politics and leadership is something of commonality. Rhetoric underlines the secrecy and persuasion of speeches, visual images, and written communication according to Rhetorical Approaches to Secrecy.

We are exposed to new things because of topics that are not talked about on news coverages or newspapers. Surveillance accompanies a world-wide account of civil liberty.

The way we live, work, and play in society all comes from public surveillance.

Ethos of surveillance

Many companies used surveillance to target behavior and thievery. Managers investigate these acts with proper surveillance. As the same with legality of surveillance, governments use surveillance to monitor health problems of their citizens to know how to treat symptoms.
